Adoption Support Group for Teens
Adoptees between the ages of 13-16 years, meet once a month for peer support. A safe environment is offered to build friendships while addressing emotional challenges associated with being adopted and normal adolescent stress and anxiety. Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) coping skills and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) are provided by the facilitator and explored by the group. Please call with any questions and to see if your teen is eligible to join.

Meetings are the FIRST SATURDAY OF THE MONTH from 2 pm to 3:30 pm starting September 7, 2019
